Order Processing Time

We typically will have your order packed up and on it's way to you within 2-3 business days. (We cannot ship on the weekends)  At high volume times, it could take longer, but ever effort is made to get your order out to you as quickly as possible! (Sometimes we will even beat the 2-3 day time frame, if it is possible, we will do it!) 

Once my order is processed, how long will the shipping take to reach me? 

This totally depends on where you live and what service you selected. If you selected 'no tracking' Canada Post, it will take approx. up a week for most address in Ontario. However, there are no guaranteed time frames with Canada Post and if you live outside of Ontario, it will take longer to arrive. 

If you made the choice to get your order shipped with tracking, in some Ontario areas, you will receive within 2 days, and slightly longer outside of Ontario. We ship with a variety of courier companies and while none offer guaranteed delivery dates, this is the fastest way to receive your package. 

You will receive a tracking number when you have chosen tracking and you can track your package until it arrives! 

Oops, I made a mistake with my shipping address, what do I do? 

  • Please take the time to carefully check your address before you submit your order. Once you submit it, if it is incorrect we might not be able to make any changes and cannot be responsible for any misdirected packages. 

However, if you realize you provided an incorrect address, please notify us right away at hello@sami-slade.con. If it has not shipped yet, we will take the time to correct the address before we sent it out. 

If the parcel has already left and it is with Canada Post we will have no recourse to redirect it. 

If we have already shipped it with a courier and it is in transit when you reach out, we will attempt to get it returned to us, however, we incur a shipping charge to do this, so would need to pass along this charge to you alongside of any new shipping fee to reship it. Please note however, sometimes a courier has already delivered to the incorrect address and if this occurred there is no further action that can be taken. 

Oops, something arrived damaged, what do I do? 

Please reach out to us right away at hello@sami-slade.com if anything arrived damaged or incorrect. We pride ourselves on the quality of everything we sell and we would never be okay with our customers receiving a product that is not up to standard. When you email us, please send us the full details along with any pictures you have and we will make things right!
